Delete your account
You can delete your The Pale Realm account and all of its game data at any time. Choose whichever way suits you.
In the game (instant)
- Open The Pale Realm and sign in.
- Go to the Warden screen (your profile).
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm.
By request
No longer have the game installed? Send the email address of your account. We will confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email, display name, password).
- All game progress: heroines, decks, items, currencies, results and mail.
- Your pre-registration, if any.
What may be kept
Purchase records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires. Nothing else.
